That makes it even worse! I've got to see them both. If they are downstream from ART, how tiny must they be!
The best I've found is $211 ART-MSS-OGS-ART.

just in time for heading back to PIT. Now I wonder if the cheap fares would have allowed OGS and MSS as well. I'd have got another 1000 miles per round trip AND not had to sit at the picnic table for two hours in November cold all for the same price.
Actually, if you had a ticket all the way to MSS, you'd just get one segment. The through flight would credit just as one flight, with one mileage amount. You'd have to have bought separate tickets between the points, and then I suppose it would have worked out. I couldn't find any of the cheap fares to OGS or MSS, though. Aside from not getting to visit those other airports, you're better off just getting off in Watertown... less time riding in the B1900D, and you get the same amount of miles.

Well, despite being a small plane without a flight attendant operating into small airports, it's still an airline flight. Manifest must be correct, same accountability for boarding passes and people on board... paperwork must still match up. Unless you're on the flight legitimately, near impossible for you to ride up to MSS/OGS without somebody risking their job for you. Too bad though, I'd have liked to visit Massena as well.
