a) reclining in any economy seat can seem like picking a fight with the person behind you. But on these flights, normally there wouldn't BE anybody behind you! Prior to this, in all my flights to LEB it was rare to see more than 4-6 people board. Once I had twelve and it really freaked me out--I'm assuming it's similar on ART though I suppose there might be slightly better traffic since the route goes up to Ogdensburg/Massena as well
b) yeah, these seats are actually pretty darn comfortable, considering. The only thing I don't like about this plane is the noise/vibration, but otherwise it's more comfortable than a CRJ, in my book (it has big windows, in the right place!). Definitely beats a Jetstream.
