Legroom is supposedly the same even in the exit rows. Row 1 does not have a window on either side. Seat 1A has a lot of legroom. 1F.. you can stick your feet forward around the closet into the entryway. I was in 1A on the flight up to Watertown and it was rather dark up there. Vibration was intense in the front, though SeeYa reported it wasn't as bad back in the mid-cabin.

Legroom isn't really that bad and the I found the seat comfortable enough. No worse than any RJ. It seems the aisle armrests do raise up at least in most rows.
