I tried today to request a transfer of Frecuenta miles to Hilton points (a couple of times through a couple of different e-mail addresses), but could not get anywhere. I think the dream is dead. Here is a copy of the e-mail I got back from Frequenta.

was/is set up to benefit actual Mexicana
frequent flyers. It it also noted in both Mexicana and Hilton program
guidelines that each reserve the right
to modify the program at any time.
