Yes I do think anyone who takes the time to READ the thread, rather than take the lazy way out and give us 'news flashes' most of us are very well aware off, is not helping anyone.

And if "Johnny-come-lately" members just receiving PREMIUM CLUB packs that have as clearly explained here, somewhat different vouchers to DIAMOND CLUB packs, (Durrhh, the title of this thread!) have any beef I hope it is with themselves for not reading this thread some time back, when near EVERYONE who ordered them via me got the more attractive DIAMOND CLUB versions. Even well after they "officially" changed over the plans.

FWIW my view is the 50% off rack vouchers are near useless. This is also no 'news flash' to anyone here. Most of us have Ent Books that have 100s of offers in there for 100s of large Hotels nationally. Several of the OTHER vouchers to me is certainly where the $200 value per pack resides. And then some.

My parents are in Cairns soon and I have mailed them 2 x 50% off Hilton dining vouchers. I feel sure a seafood Buffet lunch or dinner runs $60 or $70 a person there and they'll be pleased to pay half that. Twice.

As posted earlier, I bet the Hilton Sydney evening buffet will be out of this world, just to beat Sheraton (whose buffet is LEGENDARY) and probably will be $75 a head. Again, taking Lynn or friends there for 50% off will be a real saving for what will clearly be a quite superb meal out.

If the SYD Hilton had been open in time for OzFest I would have had the Saturday evening dinner there in a heartbeat, and saved the attendees several $100s.

Glen
