Could Jeff stop the sarcasim? I'm respond to your posts because you draw lines in the sand. You don't hedge, using words like: many,it's my understanding, most, it appears etc. You keep posting things as fact. This is a problem because they are NOT factual in all cases. Which leads to the obvious questions...if it is not correct here, why should it be correct in another case. You posted that "As of 10/28 you may NOT call in at all for the upgrade". I clearly know this is not correct. One case the full "Y" upgrade for golds and Platinums. They must call in, to get it at the time of purchase. I'm careful not to attack you personally. Only the "FACTS" you keep posting. I want to understand this upgrade issue. If I can find three or four exceptions to the info given to you, I think they are important. I believe they tend to disprove the phone info. Later, you did say generally. I thought we were making progress on having a two way discussion. Now it appears you are attacking the man, not the message. I would like you to adress the four areas I think still make call ins allowable, rather than starting a flame war.
JEFF, These are your own words
If anyone, would please read my posts and carefully address (anything) what I see to be the underlying flaws of the system, that would be appreciated. I am not impassioned, really at all about this, I'm just pointing out some of the major flaws of the current system, from a pure analytical standpoint. My insistence (and perhaps emotion) comes from no one else responding to what I'm pointing out, and addressing my concerns, Including you and others.
"All I've heard is a few profering of opinions. Opinions don't change my mind; arguments do. I'm still waiting...shouting "tastes great" can't change my mind, but perhaps someone can argue me over to the other side...I really am willing to change my mind."
You asked for arguements and facts about why the old system was superior to the proposed new auto system.
