I just checked in for some flights for this weekend. Normally, I don't look too closely at the BP's, just make sure that the destinations cities are correct & my seats are assigned. So I have a flight from DFW-IAH-SFO tomorrow & according to CO.com & the telephone res agents, the schedule is:

DFW-IAH 3:55PM-5:05PM
IAH-SFO 5:55PM-7:58PM

Which is what I had booked - according to my boarding passes, its:

DFW-IAH 4:35PM-5:47PM
IAH-SFO 5:55PM-7:58PM

I called CO & the referred me to the web support people who just had me reprint my boarding passes (this time, the correct times showed up).

Had I not noticed that the new BP's showed a flight time of 4:35 (40 minutes after the scheduled departure), I could have easily missed that flight. I wonder if CO would have taken care of me & rebooked me at their expense to SFO. I wonder if other people are going to be missing that flight due to this mistake.
