In the middle of this discussion I just received this e-mail to take a survey concerning the "old" F+ program.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in this first FP@HOME survey.

The Frequent Flyer Programs of KLM and AF will merge into one new Frequent Flyer Program. For further optimilisation of this program we like to know how you evaluate the current Fréquence Plus program on various features.
My take on this is that they still haven't defined the new FB program.
