Good luck geting them - I haven't pursued it very hard, but I have never received these extra points.
You know I forgot all about them, but I'm due a couple of these 500 Web-Down Starpoint bonuses.
My problem is that I can no longer remember which 2 reservations/stays they owe me them on!
