http://www.malliouhana.com/ The Malliouhana has amazing food and probably the best beaches of any of the hotels on the island. The food blows away the CuisinArt Resort and Cap Julca which sometimes get rated better, but really are not better at all. In fact the food is probalby the best in the entire Caribbean at the Malliouhana. The CuisinArt has a great beach as well and some really nice rooms and a very nice pool as well.
Have fun!

I agree about the food at Malliouhana; however, it is very expensive. Not that CuisinArt and Cap Juluca are inexpensive. I think the best meal that CuisinArt does is lunch. There are many excellent restaurants on Anguilla. On the rooms side I don't necessarily agree that Malliouhana has nicer rooms. I have several friends that stayed for years at Malliouhana and have now switched to CuisinArt because as they feel that Malliouhana is "dated." I don't think any of the three properties are bad choices however. Please also see my post here about dining in Anguilla.
