I should have been more specific. This is what another agent was telling a passenger she was serving. I'm not too sure which airline the pax was flying on other than she was ticketing a C+ award. The agent did say that she used to have lounge privileges but currently, unless she has status which gives her lounge access, she can't use the lounge while travelling on an first or business award ticket.

Hopefully someone can fill us in.
