Most certainly these will be front cabin seats but you may still be on an AC flight to Quebec City by summer since the whole eastern Canadian services are being rationalized with AC dominating. This also means you may end up on an Airbus 319 instead of a Fokker F28 out of Toronto or Montreal (whichever is your intermediate point from YVR).
