Programs: AA EXP (4.5MM), hotel programs as needed

Even flight number - they start the meal orders ("what would you like for dinner") at the front of the cabin.

Odd flight number - starts at back.

YES they run out! And as I said the Japanese meal is WORTH changing my seat over!
