Hello fastflyer . Were you trying to load prefunds.aa.com directly? That seems to be down for me as well. However, this landing page is working: https://www.aa.com/i18n/customer-ser...r&locale=en_US

It's in the desktop site's page footer section, under "Receipts and Refunds".
