Take the LAX-It shuttle then walk to the Hyatt across the street and request Uber/Lyft from there. I think that is outside the geofence so you should avoid the LAX surcharges. But probably still subject to surge pricing during peak demand periods.

I walk to In-N-Out before to request Uber and it is definitely outside the geofence.
