Back here again as I have a meeting next door. My view is similar to before with a slight improvement. Nice rooms and now breakfast is in the main restaurant which is a plus and so much better than the cl breakfast before which was suboar. Upgraded to a regency suite in advance which was nice of them. And the gym is great with 50 kg dumbbells.

But ... There's literally nothing still within walking distance that's worth going to. So while the rooms are quite good, this is not a hotel for tourists or people wanting to explore Beijing. It's ok for business and people needing to be in the wangjing area. Took me 40 minutes to get here from capital airport and 40 minutes to get to guomao for a dinner.

The club lounge is nice environment and staff much friendlier now than the last time I was here.

But when I asked for iced tea, they gave me a pot of hot tea and a cup of ice. Breakfast place was shocked too when I asked for ice tea.

Nice rooms. Might be the nicest of the Beijing Hyatts hardware wise. Nice lounge. But the problem is the location. It's just not good for exploring and feeling like you're in Beijing.
