A few hours later, you said that staff deliberately pick names at random from this alphabetical list, to give you all people with equal status an equal chance at an upgrade.
Then you posted that BA actually looked after its own elites first, and then looked at OW status - a la all other airlines.
You then deleted the majority of the above. Is it any wonder we're confused?
