Don't you think the staff might have an idea that if they took the list at face value Mr A might get more upgrades than Mr X..........please give them some credit.
I could go on and on and on explaining the procedures (which I won't do as I don't feel comfortable giving out any info I shouldn't be), and you guys would try to pick holes in them anyway.
