Seat 14B is a nice seat, but one thing I didn't like was that the space in front of row 14AB has a double seat which folds down for FAs. On one of my recent flights, they kept meeting other FAs in that area to talk during the flight, and also frequently pulled the seat down to sit for 30 minutes at a time, which makes it hard to stretch your legs out much.

But, if the FAs stay away from that fold down seat, you'll be in good shape in 14B. It's a toss-up in my opinion.
