Ouch. I’m sorry to hear that. We did the exact same thing where we unpacked and I only recognized the small “lanai” too late. But then again I checked the language of our room and it was consistent with what I got, but different from the pictures.

first time we stayed there we had the large balcony and it was amazing, but having the tiny little lanai with two uncomfy chairs was a bit disappointing - especially for what you pay. I hope you get something out of it.
