I have iOS 18.1.
Starting today, the Hyatt app started saying I need to update the app in order to use it. Then I go to update it, and I get a message saying I need to update to at least iOS 18.4 or higher.
I go to update, but the only available update is iOS 26 which I don’t want. I heard it’s a bulky OS that drains battery.
what is my recourse? No more hyatt app until Apple re-releases 18.7 as beta? (Would they even do that?)
I don’t see iOS 26 becoming lighter with its future versions.
