At the Walt Disney World Swan/Dolphin/Reserve, I found they actually have a separate, parallel loyalty program (completely independent from Bonvoy) called "Swan & Dolphin Rewards", on a separate old-fashioned platform, and is in fact very generous. I have been staying (and eating) at the Swan & Dolphin regularly for more than 30 years - ever since they opened as Westin and Sheraton hotels, and have never heard anything about a separate “Swan & Dolphin Rewards” program. Can you tell me more about it? I’ve always booked through the Starwood or Marriott programs - can you earn benefits under this separate reward program while also earning Marriott benefits? I would hate to think I’ve been missing out all these years.
