Try this, took a minute or so to complete and then get to Payment page. And you should receive an email with a link to track application progress.
Yes, I paid and got the link, but then they sent an email asking for ID verification. To which the link came and I’ve been stumped at that stage since.

You know, I tried 3 different browsers all in normal and then incognito, on 3 different devices and couldn’t get past the initial screen on the ID page.
Appreciate the suggestions though!
I’ve dropped them another email asking for an alternative route to verify, failing this I’ve asked for a refund and advised I’ll be letting SAS know about their vendor for the status match being a bit poor with customer service.
