I searched this problem and when people have had only some passengers refunded and phoned they seem to be told to resubmit missing passengers again so I've done that. I think the issue might be first form I didn't realise it was by passenger and put both our names. Then thought this might be by passenger as has ticket number on and put a second one in for my number which has gone through. Now resubmitted first one with just husbands name on it.

Seat bookings it looks like you have to submit one form per seat booked, so that's another 7 forms for me to do. I've done 2 so far. Am not sure on seat bookings if I put whole flight in or just which leg. I have gone for whole flight and will see how I get on with first two.
