Yes. or do what I have suggested and call the AA RTW Desk and get them to set it up first. They are far more aware of the rules than TAL. Once AA have set-up the itinerary call or email Tal with the
SABRE PNR.

Tal are AA's GSA so they use SABRE, not Amadeus.
