everyone numbers rows differently.
UA makes certain efforts to make all the fleets similar. Narrow bodies, for example, UA starts Y at row 7, even through the biggest F cabin on the narrow bodies only goes to row 5. 13 is missing because…well, the superstition thing. UA also skips additional rows on narrow bodies to have the mid-cabin exit rows as 20 and 21.
