As a matter of course I have informed WoH about it first. However, if I remember correctly from the last time I combined points, the process at Hyatt is still very manual with a pdf document to complete an send per email. I am currently staying at a Hyatt property, which is also not a great experience at the same time. Could the scam be related to
my stay?
