Service was excellent - very attentive and enthusiastic staff, even had the new GM help at check-in and take orders at breakfast because he said as a newcomer to the hotel he needed to learn how all the different departments and processes worked. Breakfast was good quality - I appreciated that one morning when I asked to order pancakes, I was declined on the basis that the chef wasn't happy with the quality of the batter that morning so wouldn't serve them, but to try again the next day. Sure enough I was able to order the next day and the pancakes were good. Nice combination of buffet items and a la carte items.
Pool and sauna/steam setup is also excellent, and is a big factor that would motivate me to return.
