Embarrassed? Smallest amount of winter weather? We got over 30 cm in a lot of places around YYZ, so it was a substantial dump of snow which required de-icing of every flight and surely slowed ramp activities as well. We all know that the schedule is tight in optimal conditions so it should be no surprise to anyone when a major weather event hits the country's biggest airport that there will be delays that will have knock-on effects in other places which sometimes take days to fully recover.
