2. It's definitely possible to use the permanent card at the SCO. Yes. I know two people who have done it, at least in the past. Keep in mind that the secret to using SCO is the chip on the card is not read (the temp card doesn't have a chip), but rather the magnetic strip is read. I don't know the ins-and-outs of how to do the magnetic strip manipulation, I never pursued it as I first heard about it after I had already been banned by One so I can't open a new account even if I wanted to.
