FYI. ive run into issues w/ the FFC travel by date extension trick.

i used expiring FFC for a tix and canceled after 24hrs. date of new FFC is still the old FFC travel by date. not sure what happened but i have to scramble.

ive seen many DPs on reddit about this issue as well. dont understand why YMMV.

When booking an all-UA itin that costs more than my Travel Bank balance, online booking fails complaining about "issues processing your credit/debit card."

On the phone, UA agents can help finish it without issue. So there is no real issue with my credit card.
exact same issue.

i cant buy UA tix w/ TB + CC combined payment. i always need agent help. not sure why.

i thought i was blocked by UA revenue protection like amex RAT freezing MR.

no clue how to fix. altho pple on reddit see same issues.
