I had the earliest one off all with FFL-YYZ arriving at 1:24am on Jan1. Cancelled 5pm on the 31st due to "crew" issues. I imagine it was because it was empty (though full coming down to FFL). So annoying.

How do I get AC to pay for the extra day I needed for my rental car?
