I booked a night here with a SUA, planning to stay only if we cleared to the Wow Suite in advance of the cancellation deadline. Thankfully we did, 5 days out. AAA rate was $183++, making this one of the best value SUA options I've seen.
$40 destination fee ($46ish after tax) is unfortunate but the View Boston tickets are an actual value add (we went today), and the $20 applies to room service. I used it for a glass of wine ($16++ --> $27.56 before the $20 credit). Room service breakfast was the real highlight for me--with the notable exception that they don't have real maple syrup, so bring your own mini. This was $63.72 (of which $60 was automatically removed), over medium eggs perfectly cooked and bacon extra crispy as requested without being burnt. (I dunked one into a yolks before snapping the pic.)
Service was outstanding. Email and text in advance. When I mentioned my kid was coming, they asked for his name... and had a stuffed lobster waiting along with a plate of 6 delicious macarons and some berries -- in addition to a box of chocolates for me:
4pm checkout was no problem. Air conditioning was blissfully cold as advertised (set to 65/hi in the bedroom and it was closer to 60 -- while I was able to keep it 67 in the living room for my kid). Shower pressure was indeed miserable, so it wouldn't be suitable for a multi-night stay but I will absolutely look forward to making this a regular one-night stay when the SUA clears!
