I think there is a world where UA should still have a MAX 10 fleet of at least 20-strong at a minimum with lie-flat seats to account for future JFK growth and expansion of premium TCON to other routes. But I know many who seem convinced the lie-flat 3MJ is dead, regardless of whether it gets certified sooner or not.
