Had a nice one-nighter here. Can’t really ask much more from a city property. Classic cocktails done right and good food at Travelle. Hotel was busy but still got upgraded to a gorgeous river view suite for a special occasion. Check-in agents were very warm, though service elsewhere was a bit robotic. Spa facilities were nice but sauna / steam / locker rooms were quite busy. It seems like they may sell some memberships to the public. FHR breakfast benefit could be used for in-room dining ($120 comped) which is fun once in a while. Design aesthetic felt true to Chicago, loved the hallways. Appreciated the ice bucket was proactively filled and nespresso replenished at turn down. Very much enjoyed our stay and will probably be back. Some pics below:
