Just issued a business class award on WY from KUL to DXB for 56.000 miles - what a mess.
E-ticket confirmation says it's economy class, itinerary doesn't show any class of service - anyway, it's booked in to U class which is business award fare bucket on oneworld.
AF PNR does not work on Oman Air website
