They are all overpriced. You're paying for the branding /advertising+influencer costs.
You should not be paying more than $1-1.5/GB.
Jetpac is not unlimited (max 7day*3GB/day =21GB full speed then throttled)... But if you know you only need 5-10GB, you should be paying at most $10-$15
First 3GB in 24hours data is unthrottled. Post that, data speed is capped at 1MBPS
