I was here when Barclays acquired the portfolio from Bank of America, and that's exactly how it happened. No guarantee it's going to work that exactly this time, but the accounts were just reassigned as-is. We just received notifications, no actions required or choices to be made, other than your normal option to close your account at any time if you wish.
