Today I tried loading the OnePay at WM's CSC with $400 for the first time, and it failed with DEBIT NOT APPROVED CAT DOWN.
I did the Discover load first and had no problem with that.
Did I do something wrong? Did the employee do something wrong?
I have velocity limits in my area.
I'm only able to do 1 $498 swipe of a Path MC. If I try another Path MC back to back the card will lock up requiring replacement.
There is a cooldown period I read on here that is around 10 min between swipes, but I have't tried this myself.
