Thanks for the replies, everyone. I ended up buying the OnePlus 13 (small Black Friday discount). I watched several YT comparisons between the 13 and 13R, and the differences between the two aren't significant (e.g. faster charging, better slightly better speakers/cameras), but thought I might regret getting the cheaper version, and I expect to use the phone for at least a year.

I ordered it from Amazon on Sunday morning and I received it less than 24 hours later. I'm pleased with it, thus far.
