Getting off a cruise in FLL but over 5 hours until flight. As will be at airport very early, and with a 5 year old, was looking at CHildren's play area. I see one in Terminal 1, but our flight is in T3, so that means going through Security again. It looks like we can travel from 3 to 4 without redoing security? But - I see there is a play area there, but I am finding no info about it, unlike the one in T1 which gets lots of attention. Anyone with info on that play area? What airlines are you flying on? I don't think they let you go through T1 security. If you are flying out T3 security. You have processed to T3 security checkpoint. If you have a valid boarding pass. Probably they won't let you checked bags more than 4 hours before departure flight. You have take Uber or Lyft to go out a lunch in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. If the weather is good or not. Depends if you have enough time. You can go to Museum of Science in downtown Ft. Lauderdale.
