I was in 1L on that configuration earlier this year (so presumably like 1A, just on the other side). I actually felt legroom was very slightly less in terms of length but better in terms of width (i.e. a bit more wiggle room for your feet). In any case, I slept very well, and I'm about 5'11" or 1.80m. Almost slept through the shouting match between the captain (!) and a passenger who had too much to drink.
