Yeah it's not non-refundable, just paid full amount at the time of booking. I just refunded my Bellagio booking after learning that the trip is actually $100 more because they will still charge me resort fee at the hotel. I made the same post at reddit and from other replies, it seems that everyone who stayed at Cosmopolitan or Bellagio so far was charged resort fee at check in. There are some DPs that it was not charged at MGM Grand and Aria. So I am going to switch it to Aria or MGM Grand.
