You will need a international flight from T3 to get t3 lounge access via transfer ( and for the next leg to be less than 5hrs iirc in J/Y for First class access based on LHR-HND in F. If the connecting flight is in F then no problem re length of flight ). I do not think ( 99% certain that otherwise you would not get T3 access based on your domestic itinerary but others with more transfer experience may confirm)

Thank you so much for all your help! I think you are right, looks like they don't allow you to enter T3 with a domestic itinerary. Looks like that narrows my only options are connecting on a flight to TSA, GMP, or MNL since those are the only JAL/OW flights under 5 hours that have a same-day connection (aka before 6am the next day). Cathay Pacific's HKG is 5 hours 10 minutes and I figure they will be very strict on the 5 hour limit. MNL barely squeezes by with 4 hours 55 minutes...
The only F flight that has a working connection is HND-SYD and I don't want to go that far...
Time to rework my travel plans! Thank you for your help!
