I usually grill a single filet and give Mrs BV the thinner end as she prefers it more well done. This time I sliced it lengthwise and made a big ragged mess. But is tasted good all the same.
Do you have an actual smoker or do this on the grill? I don't like squash but that looks delicious. 👍
