Not surprising. Below PH but above GH/HR. Also below RC, similar to StR (noting that Marriott shows all in rates, Hyatt does not).

Not much interest here. I'm sure the noise insulation will be lacking, just like all the other new build properties in the area. Room photos on website are minimal, but the look I do not find appealing.
