It is obviously boiled in an excess of water and pretty poor quality rice in the first place. It's like something from VESTA in the 1970s.
Is this what the British public are used to and prefer?
The pies and stew are nice, but the veg also suffers from 'Anglais' boiled until dead.
Just a few tiny inexpensive touches would transform their offering
