None of the Y seats are hard shell......they're your standard Safran seats that recline.
If you're talking about the old W hard shell seats on AF, a lot of appareils still have them, namely the non-retrofitted 77W with P (old La Première), the 77W COI, the A330, the 789, and the non-retrofitted 772. The rest have a proper recliner seat in W.
