Three Unanswered Questions

In addition to my two previous unanswered questions (about the criteria for "Conversation Starter" and "Community Builder" badges), I now have a third.

What is the difference between a "Community Builder" and a "Community Influencer" badge?

Perhaps IBJoel might be able to tell us, please?
