Can you post a screenshot of your meter?
Also, if you both canceled and rebooked on 10/29 on what date did they claw back the original $250 credit? When was the original booking made and credit received?
Sorry for the many questions, but I think clarity is paramount and will be very useful in understanding what we need to do if there is a need to change a reservation.
the tracker looks exactly like yours. i simply said think so because i rebooked and havent gotten the credit after 4 days, more like a throwaway remark. like i said, i fully expect to get the credit, but i think the cancelling, rebooking and clawing back messes up chase's algorithm, and it doesnt automatically issue the credit the 2nd time. im gonna wait 7 business days and then contact chase if i still havent got the credit
fwiw, booked 10/28, credit posted 10/29, cancelled and rebooked 10/29, clawed back 10/30, credit yet to be given as of 11/2. i dont think it says much, except maybe dont cancel and rebook immediately, but i have also seen DP where the credit posted again. havent seen any DP of what happens if you rebooked before cancelling
